Debbie was born and raised in Schenectady, a small town in upstate New York. In 1993 she moved to the rural town of Galway, New York where she raised her daughter Sara. Debbie has been working in the veterinary field since the fall of 2002. Starting as a receptionist and vet assistant, then moving into a management position for the front office of a holistic and exotic veterinary hospital. In June of 2015, Debbie packed what she could in her Subaru Outback and moved west to the Sedona. Not missing the snow back east and loving the weather in Arizona so much, she bought her first house here last summer which she shares with her boyfriend and their dog Vera. Debbie has been part of the OCSAC family since early 2017 and loves to see the variety of pets that come through the front door. "Everyday is different with a variety of scenarios and challenges that keep me busy and on my toes! All of us here at OCSAC share one common goal and that is to help our four-legged friends live happier and healthier lives."
